My dear Miss Sullivan:
We were pleaned to receive your letter advising us that you
wished to rensin in the Unit.
Although we do not have any definite information regarding the
date of sailing to Hawaii, we are sending the following addi-
tional material which you will need before leaving your home:
Identification Card
Credentials for Exemption from Tax
Supplementary Information for Nurses
Being Assigned to Hawaii
6 Copies Form 731
2 Copies Form 102A
This completes the forms and informational material which you
will need, and we hope that we shall be able to advise you the to
proceed to the port of embarkation before too long. In
meantime, we shall count on you to keep in touch with your
residence, in order that messages can be relayed to you quickly.
