Jume 14, 1918. Miss Annie Symonds, 49 Last 13rd St., New York City. My dear Miss Symonds: Your letter of June 12th has been received, and we have information from the Bureau of Transportation that you are booked to sail on June 26th. By this time, no doubt, you have received your instructions from the Bureau of Transportation. I cm onclosing circular 584 concerning insurance.We are very gald to have completed this plan, which enables our interest to receive the same insurance that the Army Nurses receive. Regretting that you have had to wait for information concerning your assignment, and assuring you that the de- lay has been unavoidable, I am Very sincerely yours, Director, Bureau of Field Nursing Service.
