My dear Miss Sherman:
Miss Audrey Marie Tate, graduate of the Emergency Hospital
School of Nursing, Washington, D. C., is being considered for an
appointment for service with the American Red Cross Unit in Hawaii.
As Miss Tate indicates that she is employed at the Emergency
Hospital in Washington as a private duty nurse, we would appreciate
it very much if you would give us a report of her work.
I am enclosing a form and a stamped, addressed envelope for
your reply.
