Enclosed is a copy of a letter that we have reveived from
Mr. E. F. Parker, a loyal Red Cross worker in Wexford County, chi gan.
Miss Taylor, as you know, has a special enrollment, but is
very very eager for full membership. I am wondering if you would be
willing to grant this if she would take three months of general work
in some big general hospital. Or, if the National Committee definitely
decided on giving special consideration to nurses having had public
health preparation and experience, I should like to recommend that
Miss Taylor be given special consideration for full enrollment. Please
advise me in regard to this.
