Morse,\n% American Red Cross,\n1709 Washington Ave.,\nSt. Louis, Mo.\nDear Mi SS Morse:\nOur Miss Taylor would like to be known as a Red Cross Nurse,\nbut upon inquiry she has been told that she was not fully qualified for\nsuch a certificate. She is a graduate of our local hospital and as I\nremember it, the information she has received was that the standing of\nMercy Hospital at Cadillac was not up to the requirements of the American\nRed Cross. We are not fully advised as to just what steps or training\nMiss Taylor should take in order that she may receive a Red Cross certi-\nficate, but we are rather anxious to find out just what is necessary and\nif you are in position to tell us we shall be glad to pass this informa-\ntion along to her.\nMiss Taylor is doing such fine work in the county and is so very\nmuch interested in her work that naturally we are anxious to do what we\ncan to have her fully qualified and inasmuch as she wants to reach the\nrequirements of the Red Cross perhaps you can tell her or us just how\nthis may be brought about.
