Mary Taylor
We are sending you the application for provisional enrollment
of Miss Mary Taylor. Miss Taylor is doing public health nursing with
the Wexford County, Michigan, Chapter. Unfortunately she is a graduate
of the Mercy Hospital in Cadillac, Michigan, which does not have the
required number of daily average of patients, nei ther has she had suf-
ficient affiliation to meet our requirements. She has a most pleasing
personality and has done an exceptionally good piece of public health
work. In view of this, we recommend that she be given the privileges
of special enrollment.
