Of course you are quite right\nin thinking that one can't push matters very fast in a tropical\ncountry but I think you would have found it interesting and perhaps\nmore worth while then you think. However, you know the situation\nas well as I do.\nI am sorry that the committee end of your work\nhas been a disappointment to you. I am afraid if you plan to go on\nwith visiting mursing administration you will find yourself up\nagainst committee problems wherever you go. If they are not of one\nkind they are of another.
