    "ocrText": "August 29, 1923.\nMy dear Mrs. Sterns\nSince writing you, one of our nurses here, thase Helen Teal has been to\nme to find out 17 there was anyone in the Montane who would be willing to\ntake her in, give her a room and breakfast. I immediately thought of your\nnice room and of you, and have told her all about you and she is decidedly\ninterested. Is your room still available and what is the earliest date upon\nwhich you could take her? As she has to consider her expenses somewhat, will\nyou let me know what would be the minimum price that you would have to receive\nfor your room, with broakfast?\nI assure you Miss Teal is a very charming, nice girl, very quiet, and she\nis anxious to get into just euch a home as youra where it is quiet and where\nshis has the opportunity to read and study. I told her about your porch and\nthat particularly appaals to her. Will you please answer this letter as soon\nas possible and I will than give your address to Miss Teal and let her complete\nthe bargain with you herself.\nIn the meantime, do not forget that I looking forward when I get back\nfrom my vacation to having my breakfast and dinner with you, if it is possible\nfor you to make this arrangement.\nSincerely trusting that you will be able to consider this plan, I am\nYours very truly,\nIda F.
