This is essen-\ntinl if, you aro to secure your passport.\nI am enclosing a circular of information whizh gives you detailed\ninstructions concerning motorial for your passport, I world suggest\nthat you immediately information necessary,\nsecuro the and I would fur\nther suggest that you have 3 dosen photographs onstead of 3 as mon-\ntioned in the circular and that the sise of the hend should not be more\nthan 1 by 17 inches in order to fit some of the papare, also that no\nhat should be woun.\nWe request that you pay your own transportation to Now York, sacure\ning.vouchers for all ampenditures to present at the New York office for\nreimbursement.
