RE: Bessie Thompson #5721

Under date of July 31, 1919 we
received at this office from the Lake Pivision
a copy of form 876 advising us of the trans-
fer of Misa Bessie Thompson #5721 to the
Lorimer stated that accompanying Thompson the trannfor being notice from
Nor thwestern Division. A letter Miss
Miss was transferred
to the Northwestern Division in view of the
fact that she had accepted a position as Public
Health Nurse within our jurisdiction.
Your office has never supplied us with
the name of the Local Committee with which
Miss Thompson's 12 card was filed. Will you
kindly advise us in this matter by return
mail if possible in order that our records
may be completed.
