We nave been advised by the Federal Public Health Service of your
assigmment to the above hospital, and I an wondering ir you are enrolied in the
Red Cross Nuring service. We have several nurses enrolied by the name of Bes-
sie Thompson, but none with the address, Philadephia, to which your travel orders
were sent. uill you kindly advise us, therefore if your Red uross padge number is
6374.
