RE: Transfer of Bessie Thompson,
June 5, 1919
#5721 - Enrolled Akron, Ohio.
In reply to your letter of June 2, may I say that Miss Thompson,
was never enrolled in your Division.
Our records show that she was
originally enrolled through the Minneapolis, Minn. Local Committee
and in 1917 was transferred to the Akron, Ohio Committee, which now holds
her number 2 card.
Will you be good enough to forward Miss Anderson's
request for the transfer of the number 2 card of this nurse to her Divi-
sion, to, the Lake Division Office.
