Extract from letter received from Anne E. Garity, Sec., New Haven, Conn. Loc.Comm.
Dated April 22, 1941
In regard to your letter of April 21, concerning the application of Lillian M. Tifft,
210 Maple Street, Seymour, Conn., for enrollment in the Red Cross Nursing Service,
I fail to find any papers sent to the Local Committee in February and have tried to
check on same, but apparently no application was received by either Mrs. Reeves
or Mrs. Goldberg. I am sending her a new application blank today.
