My dear Miss Tittman:
Am very much embarrassed this morning, and if you had not sat at this desk
for a year, I think I should offer a long apology, but am sure that you
know already I omitted the physical blank when I sent your blanks for loans.
Also, since writing, Washington has submitted a new 827A, which they insist
shall accompany any application for loan or scholarship. I am enclosing two
of these, but know you are very busy and as I have all of this data, except
the statement checked, I shall be very glad to fill this in if you will just
send me the data. Or. if you prefer, you may fill it in entirely.
Now my dear, I believe that when we get these we will have everything that is
necessary.
