Thank you for showing me Miss Tittman's let-
ter. It seems entirely satisfactory.
If the Personnel Department maintains records
separate from those of the Nursing Department, I would
suggest you file copies of your letter and Miss Tittman's
with that Department as well as Miss Tittman's dossier in
the Nursing Department.
