Trainor
Miss Daspit,
Oct. 3, 1918.
Bureau of Field Nursing Service.
S. A. R. C.
The application for foreign service of the
following nurses enrolled in your division have
been approved by the War Department. May I re-
quest that you instruct them to secure a copy of
their birth certificates and have 3 dozen photo-
graphs taken, the head size to be 1 by 14 inches
with no hat on and that you send them instruc-
tions contained in Paragraph #9 of the Division
Routine.
If the nurses cannot secure a copy of thAir
birth certificates they should secure an affidavit
from some member of their family older than them
selves, stating date and place of birth. This they
should retain to present to the Clerk of the Court
when making application for passport.
Ethel Trainor, 15337.
