Miss Annabelle Petersen
If and when a vacancy occurs on the National Committee, I
should like to suggest Miss Jessie Turnbull, Elizabeth Steel Magee
Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a candidate, for appointment.
Miss Turnbull was formerly President of the Pennsylvania
State Nurses' Association and is now Chairman of the State Committee
on Red Cross Nursing Service. Under her guidance durin, the past year
she has brought about many changes for the better in the State and Local
Committees throughout the state. She is keenly interested in the
Red Cross Nursing Service and is an influential person in the nursing
profession.
