My dear Miss Bickell
Your letter of recent date received, and it gives me
pleasure to inclose a circular of information and an appli-
cation for enrollment. After filling out the application
blank I would suggest that you send it direct to Miss Annie
Rhodes, 426 E. 26th Street, New York City, secretary of our
local committee there, who will secure the proper credentials
and then forward your papers to this office.
