Under estimates herself.\nGeneral appearance\n(a) Health - Thin and looks tired\n(b) Dress and grooming - Neat, simple - but in good taste\nOrganization problems\n(a) Understanding of problem - Very sympathetic and weighs both sides carefully.\nSizes things up very well. Very cautious.\n(b) Treatment of problem - Splendid. Her fairness and sincerity makes her\nsuccessful.\n(c) Ability to convince - So honest she just makes one believe her. Always willing\nto listen to the other side too and change her mind, if\nnecessary.\n(d) Success in building good services - A little early to judge.. Have confidence\nin her.\nTechnical supervision\n(a) Keenness of observation - Excellent and makes the most of it.\n(b) Ability to explain and demonstrate to nurse - Feels so on a level with the\nnurses that they like her.\nPublic speaking - Have not heard. Think she would be good. Probably a bit timid.\nReports - Excellent, prompt and complete. Very friendly, writes them helpful letters,\n(always with a constructive thought and pat on the back.\n(e) To other org's- Is very (Very critical of ones that are lacking in energy and\nskeptical but has reasons.\n(f) To State officials -\n[enthusiasm.\nSkeptical-and not without cause.\n(g)\nTo\nnursing org's.
