My dear Mrs. Guilford:
On January 30 we requested you to send us the No. 2 card
of Mrs. Laura F. Turner, #36718, who passed away on January 27,
but to date it has not been received. We shall greatly appreciate
it if you will send us this card to complete her records at
National Headquarters.
We are also wondering if any attempt was made to secure
Mrs. Turner's credentials, appointment card and badge, No 36715 ,
