The American National Red Cross ANNUAL ROLL CALL NOV. 11-28,1929 UNIT National Headquarters, Washington, D.C. THE AMERICAN RED Vassalboro, Maine. October 18 , 1929 A.R.C. MAIL ROOM RECEIVED Miss Clara D. Noyes, National Director, Nursing Service, OCT 2 1 1929 American Red Cross, Referred Washington, D.C. summary My dear Miss Noyes:- I am at home with my Mother who is still ill, and I am afraid I shall be for some time yet, as she does not seem to gain as I had hoped. So it will be some time before I am able to get to Portland to see Miss Danforth regarding Health Aids, but I will do so just as soon as I can. In the meantime I told Mr. Heckman, who is to see her to-day, about the matter, and he is to talk with her about it. He is to try to have her wait until she sees me before doing anything definite. Mrs. Heyward as I understand it, could not qualify anyway, and I hope Miss Danforth will not attempt to organize Health Aids. Sincerely yours, faura 7 Knowlton Nursing Representative.
