My dear Mrs. Wagoner:
Thank you for your letter of May 10th, telling
us how your Red Cross nurse's badge became lost.
Within a few days, we will order the engraving of
a duplicate badge for you, and it will be forwarded to you
as soon as we receive it from the jeweler, and in order
that you will not be uneasy if you do not receive the badge
right away, we might add that sometimes it is ten days or
two weeks before the pins are returned to us from the
jeweler.
