RUSSEI American Red Cross 4, Place de la Concorde P A R I s, Dear Miss Russel, In answer to your letter of Sept.22nd, I have much pleasure in testifying for Miss E. JESSUP. Miss JESSUP has been in this Hospital since June 1917 and so far has proved herself a very capable and efficient nurse. In reference to Miss C. GARCIA I may say, Miss GARCIA was in charge of the operating room and proved herself a very capable nurse,but, at the end of six months, was not asked to renew her contract. Yours very truly.
