My dear Miss Jessup:-
Your letter recently received and I find on leoking
through our files that your paper was forwarded to this office in 1916
not approved by the Local Commi ttee as you were not a registered nurse. I
regret that it will be impossible for me to consider your enrollment unless
you are a rogistered mase. This is an essential requirement to which we
have mado no exceptione I do hope that you will seo your way to becoming
registored, and if so shall be very glad to return your peper to the Local
Committee for further action.
