My Dear Miss Waterbury:
I
I beg to thank you very much for the confidence you
have again placed in me in now appointing me as one of the Committee,
representing the Red Cross, on the Public Library. I heroby as-
suring you that I appreciate very much your appreciation and will
do my best in whatever duties are given me.
I take this medium to congratulate you and compli-
ment you most heartily for the excellent work you have done for and
among us; a work which I san sure will be of great good to us all
and to coming generations. Your efforts for gooi I have all TOA
sons to believe will last forever in these islanis, and there are
many who are very mindful of the life of activity you have lived
during your, to us, too short stay in these islands.
Personally I want to thank you very mich for your
sympathy extended to me on many occasions toward the work I am do-
ing in my profession.
I earnestly hope that your offorts in other fields
of endeavor will be crowned with as much success as they have been
crowned here, and that they will be as fully appreciated.
I wish you a pleasent passage and continued good health. I am,
