Extract from letter from Miss Jane Van de Vrede, Director, Nursing
Service, Southern Division - Dated April 15, 1922.
"The former Chairman of the Norfolk Local Committee recently re-
signed and Miss Blanche Webb, #13212, has been appointed to succeed her. le
Miss Webb was transferred to the Atlantic Division in March 1921
and I have asked that her records be returned to the Southern
Division."
