I note from your application that you have
perfect eyesight and I shall appreciate it greatly if you will
have the enclosed physical examination blank filled out and
returned to this office.
I am also enclosing a supplementary blank for the
Town and Country Nursing Service and would request that you
return this blank to the director of the Town and Country Nurs-
ing Service, American Red Cross.
Thanking you for your interest in the Red Gross
work, believe me,
