** Copies shall be made as follows:
At National Headquarters: 1 copy for salaries less than $3,000; 2 copies for salaries of $3,000 or more.
At
Area Offices: (a) Less than $3,000, 2 copies shall be made and forwarded to the Vice Chairman in charge of Domestic Operations.
(b) $3.000 or over, 3 copies shall be made and forwarded to the Vice Chairman in charge of Domestic Operations.
In case of personnel transfers, the responsibility for initiating the payrol1 changes shall rest upon the office to which the person is trans-
ferred.
The
office from which the person is being transferred shall, however, furnish the office to which the person is going, the date the
employee was last carried on time sheet and amount of leave, as well as the service record.
Salary rate must always be shown except in the case of a release or resignation.
The name of Service must be shown as well as Appropriation Symbol.
** In addition to the above an extra copy shall be made for Temporary Disaster Personnel when assigned in the Midwest or Pacific territory
for information of the Manager concerned.
