SPFCIAL DELIVERY
Miss Catherine L. Whyte,
28 Chambers Street,
Princeton, New Jersey
My dear Miss Whyte:
Thank you for your wire assuring us you will report in
Boston as requested. Your wire states you will be in Boston
August 20. the wired you on August 14 telling you the sailing
date was set back one day and it is not necessary for you to
be in Boston until august 21. 1 expect to register at the
Statler Hotel about 8 A.M. on ThurSday, August 21. You can
contact me anytime before 5 P.M. on that same day. Call ne
as soon as you arrive at the Hotel. You may not need to
register.
We are enclosing Ar. roy's letter and booklet, "Travel
and Leave Regulations" that you have failed to receive. Also
we are sending along some questions and answers that have been
asked and answered to the best of our ability.
