My dear Miss Willians: I am sorry to tell you that we are not sending any nurses overseas at the present time nor do we expect to do so in the near future. We will be glad, however, to keep your name on file as desirous of foreign servicé should a need for more nurses arise. You are at liberty to go with another organization without resigning from the Red Cross. May we take this opportunity to thank you for the splendid service you rendered the Red.
