Dear Mrs. Amick:
According to our records, Miss Betty Wilson
was hospitalized three times during 1936.
Hospitalization was advised the first time
because of a sprained right ankle and sprained right thumb.
On the next two occasions, her diagnosis
was appendicitis, and an appendectomy was done.
We have no record of an admission at any
time for an attack of pleurisy.
