Vineland, New Jersey
My dear Superintendent:
Miss Catherine J. Wilson has applied for con-
siceration as a general staff nurse for service with
the American Red Cross-Bervard Hospitel for care of
communicable diseases in England and states she is
employed by Newcomb Hospital as Operating Hoom Super-
visor at the présent time. Do you consider from your
observation of this applicant that she possesses the
qualities necessary for such an assignment?
Be would appreciate it if you would rill out the
enclosed questionnaire and return it to us so that we
may determine the fitness of the applicant for the
position requested.
Ne will be grateful for your cooperation and will
treat your remarks as confidential.
