My dear Dr. Caughey:
Miss Catherine Jamieson Wilson has been accepted by the
American Red Cross Nursing Service for an appointment as
general staff nurse with the American Red Cross-Harvard Hospital
Unit and has been advised to report to you for her final physical
examination. Miss Milson will contact you for a definite appoint-
ment hour.
There seems to be some question in Miss milson's mind about
the acceptability of Lilly&s "Typhorál Mixed" naterial for typhoid
immunization. I have advised her to discuss this with you and that
you would be able to determine whether it is or is not acceptable.
