Supervisor Nursing Activities, Kauai
Subject: Miss Wright
Following a conference with Miss Annesser and
Miss Wilde, I have requested the latter to write you
regarding Miss Wright.
I feel we have given her a fair trial, twice at
the G. N. Wilcox Memorial Hospital and once at the Waimea
Hospital. She has been a continous source of annoyance
because of her desire to avoid work and her lack of de-
pendability. Her thoughts are on outside activities.
In this instance she has failed to follow
Dr. 's orders, her only explanation being she didn't think.
I feel she is not a safe person to be handling
patients and I do not want her in any Kauai hospital.
