I can not under-\nstand why you did not receive it.\nYou sent me two physical examination blanks in seperate\nletters. When I had my physical made I had the Doctor fill out both blanks.\nI am sending the second blank to you to-night by Air-mail, Special del.\nI am also registering it so that I may be sure that you get it.\nThe Doctor here is waiting your answer in order that he may\nbegin the innoculations. Please let me know as soon as possible if I\nhave been accepted.\nI would like to know if the Red Cross furnish a Red Cross\nCape for the Nurses omer there. If not I shall be prepared.\nAnxiously awaiting your reply,\nI am very Sincerely,\nElizabeth Wright R.N., B.S.\n3I77 Magnolia St.\nCorpus Christi, Texas.\nP.S.
