Miss Alma E. Wrigley,
U.S. Veterans Hospital No.51,
Tucson, Arizona.
Dear Miss Wrigley,
I have your letter of February 18th.
I have been in the southern part of the state and
have been unable tb give it attention.
I was certainly very much distressed to hear of the
difficulties at Arrowhead and I beleive this matter should be
taken up in an authorotative way. I would like very much to
write Miss Noyes, laying the matter before her and acertaining if
if the proper channel would be the Red Cross Nursing Committee.
There seems to be much trouble concerning the United
States Public Health Service Hospitals in regard to nursing
and it would seem as if there is something radically wrong somepla
place when wê are hearing such constant complaints.
I hope you nare enjoying your work at Tucson. I shall
write you as soon as I hear from Mise-Noyes
Yours very truly,
Anna C. Jamme,
Director
