SILVER BAR FOR OVERSEAS SERVICE
Eligibility
"One silver bar is authorized for wear for each period of six
months service outside the continental limits of the United States. In
computing overseas service, the territory of Alaska will be considered out-
side the continental limits of the United States. 11.1
Upon completion of twelve months of actual service overseas the
worker is entitled to a second bar. Additional bars may be worn for each
six months additional service overseas.
