My dear Miss Johnson:
Inasmuch as Miss Agnes Hannah Von Kurowsky, #17500,
is now in Haiti, do you not wish to send in her #2 card for transfer to
National Headquarters in order that her records may be placed in the
classified file with the other nurses at Port-au-Prince.
