President and Mrs. Obama received this porcelain collector’s plate from the government of Costa Rica during their tour of Latin American countries in May 2013. Made by Royal Copenhagen (a world renowned Danish company famous for its blue and white glaze), celebrates the U.S. Bicentennial with an embossed image of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
