    "ocrText": "263\nSTATES OF\nas\nLIPLURIBUS\nUNUM\nSTATE\nAt a Court of Common Pleas holden at Caman\nwithin and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the First Monday of november A. D. 189.0.\nsaid Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal.\nPRESENT,\nHON alberts 1. Roraback\nJUDGE.\nThe following named persons, each for himself, on the day and date set against his name appeared in open Court and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And each for himself, then\nexhibited to said Court a certificate of the declaration of intentions made by him before the authority, and at the time hereinafter set against his name, as on file, and required as the first condition, according to the first\nsection of the Act of Congress, entitled \" An act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Act heretofore passed on that subject,\" approved 14th of April, 1802. And it appearing to the satisfac-\ntion of the Court that said within the United States five at last one year at\napplicant has resided years least, past, and in the State of Connecticut least, last past, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man\nof good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said applicant having declared on oath that he\nwould support the Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to the\nPrince, Potentate, State, Sovereignty and Government set against his name, of which he was before a subject. It was, therefore considered by the Court that the said applicant be, and he was accordingly, admitted\nto become\nA CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES.\nName.\nResident.\nNaturalized.\nIntentions declared before the\nFormer Sabject of the Government of\nMichael Kane\nnorth banaan\nnov.301890\nSuperior Count Middlessy County\nbreat Britain\nbonn Oct. 26\" 1888\nIn the County of Litehfield."
