said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal
PRESENT, HON. Aenry J Benghton
JUDGE. of the city count A nametry
The following named persons, aliens, of the age of 21 years and upwards, each for himself, on the day and date set against his name, appeared in open Court and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of
the United States, under the provisions of the 21st Section of an Actot Congress, entitled An Act to define the pay and emoluments of certain officers of the army, aud other purposes," approved July 17, 1862
And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said applicant has enlisted and served in the armies of the United States, and has been HONORABLY DISCHARGED from such service, and has
resided within the United States one year at least, last past, and that during said year, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and
well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said applicant having declared on oath that he would support the Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely and
entirely renounce all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to the Prince, Potentate, State, Sovereignty and Government set against
his name, of which he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court that the said applicant be, and he was accordingly, admitted to become
A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES.
