Now IN SESSZON AT LITCHFIELD, WITHIN AND FOR THE GOUNTY OF LITCHFIELD
The
Petition humbly June showeth, of that he is a bany foreigner a

Irland
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland : that he was born in
; 1864 and
that he came to the United States, in the year
was age
then of the of 15 years, and that he is 22 years,
now of the age of
that he desires to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever, all allegiance and fidelity to
every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever-and particularly to
Victoria Turn
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject; that he has resided within
the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five
years, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States, and well disposed to the good order and welfare of the same.
And Praying this Court, upon finding the facts hereinbefore alleged, to be true, to admit him
to
become a Citizen of the United States, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Congress in such case made
and provided.
And your Petitioner, as in duty bound, will ever pray.
