having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal,

years, and on oath
did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a
CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every
foreign Prince, Potentate, State, and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria
Dum
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.- IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,
