At a Supt Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State 77 of Connecticut, on the 41+ Tuesday of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and/ifly some PRESENT-HON. Lecord b. Sunfand Judge the it Remembered, That on the bits day of February in the year of our of Gosher Lord one thousand eight hundred and lifty seem Patriel Cernectly in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Cerrocally then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before the bluh of the learnly burnt for accid burity and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF Liletifical } ss. the it Remembered, That on the 30th day of Leece A. D. 1854 before the bluch. of the leunty Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- L. S. sonally appeared, Patriclu loneally of Geshen in said County, who was born in I aged about twenly then years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victric Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where- of, I, Henry 13 Givcurs Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid. Henry r. Graves Clerk. And it to the appearing satisfaction of the Court, that said Connually has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said lemmally having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Vietnia queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, that Patrich Commally be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES. Copy to Patreck Councyly Jene49. 1894 mallowing
