84 At'a Sup Court, holden at Litchfield, Icm in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the 4th Tuesday of in the year of our Lord one thousand eiglit has hundred and fifty PRESENT-HON surve Leuma b. Sanfred Bucky the it Remembered, That on the lifth day of more within in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and /ifty sum Simothy alien and O'enrow free white appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdietion, and of Al/ in said County of Litehfield, being an a person, a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said (l' Cenner then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before the bluch of the Ceurily burt in for Duice County and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actito establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF Liletifical ss. the it Remembered, That on the 14th day of Number A. D. 185 4 before the leluch of the County Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- sonally appeared, vilenos L.S. Simestry Couner of rulikh lo in said County, who was born in Inlund aged about July years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.
