94 Ata Geoper Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the 2: Tuesday of Replanter in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty fevery PRESENT-HON. Denigon Guidge the it Rememberrd, That on the 25th day of September Deview year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and form Dongle the in of in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person, fifty appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said John by him before blenk of tholoounty bourt for then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Actto establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: 11 STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF Sitchfull ss. the it Remembered, That on the 19th day of march A. D. 1853 , before the clerk of the County Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- sonally appeared, L. S. John Boyls of County, who was born in reland goshew in said aged about 35th years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Vi ctonics Zuew of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where- of, I, Hering B Graues Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid. Heiring Blovens 1, Clerk. within the years at And it appearing United to States the satisfaction five of least, the Court, that said John Dogla has resided and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. be And the said John Toyle having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria ince of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, that saw John Duyle be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED/STATES
