a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be then admitted exhibited to become to the Court a a Certificate of the declaration of intention said

by him Raugh before the blerk of the bity bown for the bity of
naturational in the Stute formed
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to victoria

and in the State of Connectient one year at least, and that during said five years
he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States, and weh disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.

having declared on oath, that he would support
the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce
and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
particularly to Victoria Devew
of the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,
that said Daniel Raugh be, and he was accordingly admitted
to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.
