Marburdy fusge\nthe it That on the thritule day of in\nthe\nyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and\nfiftyleven michael O'bonner\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\nof Norfolk\nin\nsaid Counfy of Litehfield, being an \"alien and a free white person,\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said\nmade Committe by him before blerk of the County bourt for said\nthen exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nCounty\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Actto\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\n1,\nSTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\nss.\nCOUNTY OF Selectfield\nAle it That on the 14th\nday\nof November\nA. D. 185 , before the\nclerk of the bounty\nCourt, within and for said County,\nhaving Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nsonally appeared,\nL. S.\nMichael O:louner\nof Norfolk\nin said\nCounty, who was born in dreland\naged about 22 years, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poteli-\ntate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria\nGreen\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimoni) Where-\nof,\nI, Henry 18. graned\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.\nMenny B.Graves\nClerk.\nO:Domen has resided\nAnd it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said\nwithin the United States five years at least,\nand in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years\nhe has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nWomen\nAnd the said\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nthe\nCONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce\nand abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and\nparticularly\nto Victoria Green\nof the United Kingdom of\nGreat Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,\nthat sait michael be, and he was accordingly admitted\nto become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES."
