Sumpane Indy the it Remembered, That on the there day of February in the of year Lord on thousand eight hundred in said County and Vifty of Litchfield, being Thernal an alien and a free white Deylo of person, appeared in open Vourt, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Denth then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before 11u Superior benefit william and In the County of Sitchline and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
