appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and
a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said

then exhibited to the Court Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before the blut of the County benefit in

and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actto
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
